- Same day shipping (areas within Nairobi)
- Next day shipping (areas outside Nairobi County) via Wells Fargo.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide and use a variety of couriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible at the most reasonable price. Please keep in mind that international orders are subject to courier delays and make take slightly longer.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange for items returned within 15 days.
How to Return an Item
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase, its original packaging, unaltered, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 15 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. GLASSBOX is responsible for the costs associated with the return.
